Job Description
The Shelter Trust, Jersey’s largest provider of support and accommodation services for our island’s homeless community is looking for a Payroll and Finance Administrator. The post-holder will play an essential role in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely processing of the payroll function. The Payroll/Finance Administrator will be responsible for maintaining payroll records, processing payroll adjustments, and resolving any payroll-related queries. The successful applicant will have strong attention to detail, excellent administration skills, a commitment to accuracy and integrity in payroll processes and regulations.
The post-holder will provide administration support to the Trust’s in-house finance function.
Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role is required for this role, with knowledge of payroll software and MS Office.
