Job Description

We are seeking a volunteer Fleet Manager to help the charity to arrange the servicing of all vehicles within the National Fleet Policy or approved local amendments.
The post holder will also be required to:

Coordinate LOLER/Tail lift inspections in line with the National Fleet Policy or approved local
amendments

Verify and process invoices, ensuring alignment with the performed works, and submit them
for payment sign-off.

Maintain a comprehensive log/database for all vehicle maintenance tasks and reported issues.
Act as the primary contact for vehicle issues, following an agreed-upon process based on
severity.

Notify the Duty Team and Commissioner of Operations of any vehicle maintenance schedules or
issues that may put events at risk due to appropriate vehicles not being available.
