A Commis Chef is an entry-level position in the culinary world, playing a crucial role in the kitchen brigade. Working under the supervision of senior chefs, the Commis Chef is responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes. Duties may include chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients, measuring and mixing components, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
