Job Description

La Haule are looking to add to their growing team. We are seeking individuals who are caring and compassionate with a drive to providing high quality person centered care. Experience is not essential as full training can be given for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities include;-
– Work as part of a care team
– Support Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance & support the independence of the Service User, in-line with Care Plan(s)
– Promoting & Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users
– Carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity & privacy of Service Users
– To encourage positive social interaction with Service Users
