Job Description

Our restaurant is looking for a Bartender to join our friendly and professional team .
You will be driven and friendly, with previous relevant experience, excellent customer service skills, be of a smart appearance, and be able to work both behind the bar and on the floor.
You will have a good knowledge of wines, cocktails, smoothies, tea, and coffee preparation. You will be able to work under pressure, be self-motivated, have excellent time management, and be adaptable, flexible, and ready to learn.
1 year working within a similar establishment. Previous experience with the Micros or Symphony would be advantageous.
Training on wines, spirits & cocktail preparation is desirable, Food & Safety Level 2, or equivalent.
