Job Description

As part of our continued expansion in Jersey, Q3 is seeking to recruit 2 Assistant Contract Managers, with a proven record of successfully working in a client facing role, ideally from a facilities management or cleaning business background.

The ideal candidate may be looking for a career change or a new challenge where they can bring their industry knowledge and expertise to bear in a role with greater responsibility and challenge.

We have a growing portfolio of public and private sector organisations and enjoy strong relationships with all our clients, at a senior level. So, we need someone with the personal and professional qualities who can ensure we provide high standards in client workspaces and a quality service at all times. Attention to detail will be a key area of focus as will be the ability to manage and motivate our teams delivering services
