Job Description

The Airport Concession Supervisor oversees the operations of retail and dining concessions within an airport. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with airport regulations, monitoring inventory, and optimizing sales strategies. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and airport authorities. The Airport Concession Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining high service standards, maximizing revenue, and ensuring a positive customer experience within the airport concession area.

An exciting role has become available at Durrell to work as part of our Airport Concession team at Jersey Zoo, supporting the Gift Shop and Airport Concession Manager and delivering excellent service to all Jersey Zoo visitors and Durrell supporters. The right person will be a strong communicator and administrator who is enthusiastic in supporting and developing team members, with a passion for customer care and the ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
