I can’t remember my user id and/or password, can you reset it?

If you’ve forgotten your credentials, follow these steps:

  1. User ID Recovery:
    • Click “Forgot User ID” on the login page.
    • Enter your registered email.
    • Check your inbox for User ID recovery instructions.
  2. Password Reset:
    • Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
    • Enter User ID and registered email.
    • Follow the emailed instructions to reset your password.
